Delivery

Our normal delivery time is approximately 7-10 days and we always endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as we can and to accomodate customers needs, however, orders may take up to 28 days. Delivery times do vary depending on our order volumes, each item is made up and personalised to order and therefore at busy times delivery will take longer. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page and you will be given estimated delivery dates depending on the delivery method at the checkout. Please note - these dates are only estimated, we will endeavour to dispatch your order in time for delivery within the date range but can not be responsible for delays with the postal service.

Orders will be dispatched by various means depending on quantities of items ordered and weight. For example, single items such as a guest book, keepsake box or photo album will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery for Standard Delivery orders, and by Royal Mail Special Delivery for Express Delivery orders. Orders of multiple items and orders weighing over 2kg will be dispatched by Parcelforce Standard Parcels (3-5 business days) for Standard Delivery orders and Parcelforce 48 for Express Delivery orders.

All orders will need to be signed for. If there is no one available to sign for your order, you should receive a card through your letterbox to inform you that they were unable to deliver your item. It is then your responsibility to make arrangements accordingly to collect it or have it re-delivered. If you fail to collect your parcel from Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and it is returned to us, you will be required to pay an additional fee of £4.99 for Standard Delivery and £7.99 for Express Delivery before items are resent. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost, damaged, delayed in transit or as a result of you net being able to sign for them at the time of delivery. Please note - Royal Mail do not class items as late or lost until 15 working days after dispatch.

Orders of Condolence books - we appreciate the urgency for condolence books and always try to dispatch them within a couple of days, however, we STRONGLY advise customers to select the Express Delivery option as we cannot accept responsibility for Standard Delivery orders that do not arrive in time.

Shipping Costs

UK Orders

Postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 for Standard Delivery orders and £7.99 for Express Delivery orders, irrespective of the number of items you have ordered.

Overseas

Due to the fragile nature of our products, weight and long shipping times, we regret that we no longer ship overseas.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns of personalised items unless WE have made a mistake. All personalised text is cut and pasted from your order so we are not responsible for any spelling mistakes.

We are happy to exchange or refund you on any NON-PERSONALISED product providing it is not damaged in any way and is returned in its original packaging. We do not accept liability for the cost of the return postage and any exchanged items will be subject to further P&P charges. All refunds will be for the value of the goods only, postage charges will not be refunded and an administration charge of £1.50 will also be deducted from the refund, unless an error has been made on our part.

Credit/debit card refunds will ONLY be made to the charging card and PayPal refunds to the payee's account. To arrange a return, please contact us.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Prices stated at the time of ordering will be the amount due irrespective of whether prices increase or decrease after your order has been placed.

Prices do not include postage and packaging. A postage and packaging charge applies to all orders and will be added to the total cost at the checkout.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards online and payment via PayPal. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please email your order to us and we will arrange paymemt. The goods will remain the propery of Sandborough Designs Ltd and will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and cheques have cleared.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, you may be liable for the full ost of your order if production has begun. All cancellations will incur an administration charge of £1.50 to cover costs incurred by us.

Privacy & Security

Albums & Keepsakes if the sole owner of this website and the information collected on it. We will not sell or rent this information to any third party. Our mailing list and all information held within is not shared with any other organisation. Customer information of those who opt into our mailing list, will only be used for our own purpose of contacting customers to inform them of offers, sales, company news etc.

We use a leading credit card processing company, Sagepay, to handle customers payment for goods and services. They do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

General

Due to the handmade nature of our products and some of the materials used, designs, sizes and colours may vary slightly. We do not accept liability for any such variations nor the effects of ageing upon the products or material used.

Colours shown in images on this website are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the genuine article.

Our products and packaging may contain small parts and are not suitable for children.
